Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026. Welcome to Pornmaker. By accessing or using Pornmaker (the "Service"), operated under the brand Pornmaker at pornmaker-jen.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Read them carefully — they govern your relationship with Pornmaker.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use Pornmaker. By creating an account or interacting with Pornmaker content, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account creation
To unlock the full Pornmaker experience you may create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Pornmaker account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Pornmaker only for lawful purposes. You will not use Pornmaker to generate, request or distribute content involving minors, non-consenting individuals, identifiable real persons without consent, or any content that violates applicable law. Pornmaker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this rule.
4. AI-generated content
All characters, models and conversations produced by Pornmaker are fictional and generated by software. Any resemblance to real persons is unintentional. Pornmaker does not guarantee factual accuracy of AI responses.
5. Intellectual property
The Pornmaker brand, logo, website design, code and model engine are owned by Pornmaker. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use Pornmaker for personal entertainment. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell Pornmaker.
6. User content
Messages you send to Pornmaker remain yours. By submitting them, you grant Pornmaker a limited license to process them to deliver and improve the Service.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Pornmaker offers free and paid tiers. Paid Pornmaker plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Refunds
Pornmaker subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Contact support if you believe an exception applies.
9. Free tier limits
The Pornmaker free tier includes limited daily messages and generator runs. Limits may change without notice to keep the Service fast and stable for everyone.
10. Service availability
Pornmaker aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance windows or make changes to Pornmaker at any time.
11. Third-party services
Pornmaker may integrate payment processors, analytics or hosting providers. Their terms govern your interaction with those services.
12. Privacy
Your privacy matters. Read the Pornmaker Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and process data.
13. Prohibited content
You will not use Pornmaker to produce content depicting minors, real identifiable persons without consent, hate speech, incitement to violence, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction. Violations trigger immediate termination from Pornmaker.
14. Reporting abuse
If you discover misuse of Pornmaker, email trust@pornmaker-jen.net. Pornmaker reviews every report and acts within 72 hours.
15. Account suspension
Pornmaker may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice. Refunds for terminated accounts are at Pornmaker's discretion.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
Pornmaker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pornmaker disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pornmaker and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of Pornmaker.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pornmaker harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
19. Modifications
Pornmaker may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Termination by you
You can stop using Pornmaker and delete your account at any time. Deletion purges your data within 24 hours, with limited retention required by law.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the country in which Pornmaker is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
22. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from your use of Pornmaker will first be addressed via good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law.
23. Class action waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you and Pornmaker agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
25. No waiver
Pornmaker's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
26. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Pornmaker Privacy Policy and any in-app notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pornmaker.
27. Export controls
You may not use or export Pornmaker in violation of any applicable export laws or regulations.
28. Force majeure
Pornmaker is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages or governmental action.
29. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Pornmaker may assign its rights to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
